Problems with the PCIe Bus

Every few seconds I get the following error in dmesg:

I wouldn't be bothered by these errors, but I suspect that they're the cause of my problem: when I use applications that require a lot of RAM and processing power (like Chrome-derived browsers and VSCode), they often freeze for a few seconds. They're completely unresponsive. Sometimes my whole system freezes and I need to do a hard reboot. What can I do to further debug it? If the errors were caused by my VGA controller, memory controller or the audio device, I wouldn't have any problems with further debugging, but in this case, I'm not really sure what to do. I'd be glad if someone could point me in the right direction. Below you'll find the details regarding my system:

For a start, you could run MemTest so you can rule out your RAM as the source of problem but include CPU caches when you run the tests.
