I install Arch as a guest on vmware Fusion
bootfirmware UEFI and GPT for partition
after comand bootctl install I get an answer
Couldn't find EFI system partition. It is recommended to mount it to /boot or /efi.
Alternatively, use --path= to specify path to mount point.
lsblk

The error message is pretty clear. Running the bootctl command from within the chroot should work - assuming sda1 is a vfat with esp type label.
Or you could use the --path parameter just as the error message instructed.
