How can I request to move my POLL from "Offtopic" to "Try it" forum?

We normally do it as we see fit but I can't see why we're can't follow suggestions. This was a good one to move as it is exactly the kind of thing we have there now.

I think there may be bug in the forum.
After move from "Offtopic" to "Try This" number of votes in my poll stays same - it's 94. People are still sending their comments, but nobody votes? Even if 94 people voted before? I think it's strange.
