Solved. But i can wait for different solutions.
I'm added amdgpu.dc=0 to grub.cfg. Updated grub.

The latest Manjaro runs version 4.19 of the Linux kernel.
Maybe you can try and use the lts kernel with Arch and see if that works...
Failure is success in progress.

Thanks for reply.
I'm tried manjaro lastest version xfce 18.1.2. It's working over kernel 5.3.7 . Upgradable 5.3.8 now. What is difference what is trick i down know.

Manjaro might either disable dc by default or use the radeon module, check "lsmod" and "systool -vm amdgpu"

I tried command "systool -vm amdgpu | grep dc" over manjaro. Result "-1". I check this over internet its mean "1".
I checked amdgpu. Tried "dmesg |grep -i amdgpu" result same as arch.

I tried last "linux-next-git" kernel from aur. I tried last "linux-amd-staging-drm-next-git" kernel from aur. Not solution.

No., it means "automatic" - you could try to explicitly activate it on manjaro, though that's probably a pointless excercise unless you really want to know what's different.

I set manjaro's grub.cfg. Added amdgpu.dc=1. Updated grub. Standby working. What is difference. This is a mystery. ![]()
