KDE's widgets made my background black and panel disappeared

I found a bug in KDE.When I put many widgets(five system monitors) on my desktop,and delete them one by one.When I was ready to delete the last one,I found I can't do that.Suddenly my background became black and my panel didn't work.

It can be repeated,and works on my two computers.

English is not my first language,hope you can understand me.qwq.
