[SOLVED] First install wireless device not found

Installing Arch for the first time on a 3rd gen Thinkpad 11e laptop, I can't connect to the internet because my wireless driver doesn't show up in any wireless utils. It does however show up as a device from lspci

iwconfig output:

lo no wireless extensions.
enp3s0 no wireless extensions.

lspci | grep wireless output

01:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Inc. and subsidiaries BCM4352 802.11ac Wireless Network Adapter (rev 3)

Is there some firmware I need to install? If so where can I find it and how can I go through with it?
