[SOLVED] Konsole keyboard shortcut stop working

I installed ArchLinux with KDE. I had all KDE application.
Today I decided to clean all unused application (in the Launch Menu, like games etc.).

I used the "pacman -Rcns" command to remove all unused dependencies too, and I think I've made a mistake and uninstall something important.

The problem I have:
The shortcut Ctrl+Alt+T isn't working anymore. All other Shortcut are working!
I have my shortcut (like Meta+F -> Firefox) working, but not the Konsole one.
I have try to set a new shortcut and disable the old one but it doesn't work, no matter what the shortcut is.

Here's the pacman log of today.
(Note that not all pacman command were finished. When I see that a package is not useless (like kwallet) I stop the command.)

And here's the same log but only the removed lines.

Thanks for helping.

Solution:
I don't know why the first shortcut wasnt working, but my 2nd shorcut wans't a "command/URL" so it wouldn't open a new window.
I have created a 3rd shortcut (after deleting de 2nd), "command/URL", Action: Ctrl+Alt+T (-> popup "already bind" but I pressed "re affect").
Now it works and I don't know why.
