PME: Spurious native interrupt!

Hi!

I know there was similar question that was asked already with similar error message (https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=248218) however I'm experiencing different manifestation - I just get errors without any issue with journald.

```
lis 13 06:45:55 archlinux kernel: pcieport 0000:00:01.0: PME: Spurious native interrupt!
lis 13 06:45:59 archlinux kernel: pcieport 0000:00:01.0: PME: Spurious native interrupt!
lis 13 06:46:02 archlinux kernel: pcieport 0000:00:01.0: PME: Spurious native interrupt!
lis 13 06:46:06 archlinux kernel: pcieport 0000:00:01.0: PME: Spurious native interrupt!
lis 13 06:46:10 archlinux kernel: pcieport 0000:00:01.0: PME: Spurious native interrupt!
```

I'm wondering how to approach debugging this.

I am running on ThinkPad P53 laptop, and I'm running throttled since there is a bug awaiting for Lenovo to fix it (https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Other-Linu … 164#M13948). However the "Spurious native interrupt" message keeps showing up in my logs even if I stop `lenovo_fix` service. So I would guess the two are not correlated...

I get this error message on some boots, but not on all. Sometimes it's enough to just restart the computer and error is gone. I don't use docking station (as some sources from google suggest might contribute).

I'd appreciate any advice how to approach this.
