I just ran a pacman -Syu and it took me a while to figure out what happen. It seems some of the programs/packages (including startplasma-x11) are wanting icu v64, and others (including the very important kicker/application menu plasma widget) want icu v65. Does anyone have any ideas for an interim solution to this short of rolling back the entirety of the last upgrade? (if not, that's what I'll do, and if anyone has a handy dandy script to expedite that, that'd be cool too) Anyhow, yeah, ![]()

Everything in the Arch repos has been rebuilt for the new icu. If you still have something that wants the old version after a full update, it's either something that you installed from elsewhere (meaning you need to fix it) or a broken mirror.

Yeah, you were right. It took a *long* while to track down what was to blame (I have >2000 packages installed, per necessity). Winner was qt5-base-debug from the qt-debug repository (I guess I'll have to do without debugging symbols until that repository sorts itself out) Thanks.
