Sorry if this is not the right section for this question but i just bought a new pc and arch keeps crashing and at first i thought i was beceause the hardware is newer (i've heard with newer hardware you can encounter crashes) but windows 10 is doing the same thing .
My specs are :Ryzen 5 3600
16gb ram
a gtx 2060
Aorus x470 ultra gaming Motherboard
and an intel 660p m.2 ssd
Is it because of the software or should i take it to warranty?

Can you write more about this crashing?
How often it crash?
What do you do when it crash?
How long from boot have to wait to crash?
Do you have any errors when it crash in linux or windows?
Can you post full log from your previous linux boot crash by command (run as root): 'journalctl -b-1' (-b is current boot, -b-1 is previos boot, -b-2 is from second previous boot, and so on)?

There have been a few bugs with ryzen 3600 and outdated firmware, try to do a UEFI update if available and set up microcode loading in any case.
