Gnome - window titlebars overriden buttons

I've got a problem - this is nothing major, but massively annoying for me. After experimenting with different DEs, my Gnome titlebars went nuts, and disregard settings (see screenshot).

Does anybody have an idea where those settings could be overriden? I haven't found anytning suspicious in dconf or my dotfiles...
