Stop dhcpcd, it will by default try to operate on all interfaces, causing wlp2s0 to be up and therefore netctl won't touch it.
Please read the wiki on network configuration and in general and for the future:
"journalctl -b", no tails and certainly not "-x" which probably means "eXclusively clutter" (ie. it makes the output unreadable w/o providing *any* benefit)

As Seth points out, The dhcpcd *Service* is fighting for control with the dhcp client that it started by netctl, so you need to stop and disable the service. But, that will cause issues with the wired Ethernet. If you want to use netctl, you will need to set up a profile for the wired and the wireless interfaces. Or, you need to set up a dhcpcd@ service that restricts itself to only the wired NIC.
You may also want to look at the alternatives; systemd-network, NetworkManager, etc...

Seth and ewaller, Thanks for the hint, Now I got the problem.
I stop and disable following systemd service
sudo systemctl disable dhcpcd
sudo systemctl disable NetworkManager
After doing the above step. I enable netctl-auto service.
systemctl enable netctl-auto@wlp2s0.service
Now my netctl profiles started working.
This link also help me alot

What client is that? netctl wiki says dhcpcd is an optional dependency of netctl. I installed dhcpcd on arch, and i never disabled it. netctl works no problem.

atomicegg, ewaller stated the dhcpcd service not the package. The dhcpcd or dhclient package is required for DHCP use by netctl.
dhcpcd.service will conflict with netctl@.service as noted by Network_configuration#Network_managers
The link you provided does not mention enabling any service and infact warns against it:
Warning: Do not enable concurrent, conflicting network services. Use systemctl --type=service to ensure that no other network service is running before enabling a netctl profile/service.

To expand on loqs' explanation. It is dhcpcd daemon that carries the water -- it sits in the background and springs to life when needed to reach out to a server and obtain a new address. This can occur when a lease expires, when a carrier is lost and restored, when you change networks, etc... But, what starts the daemon in the first place? NetworkManager will spawn it when it needs it. So will netctl. So does the dhcpcd service. That is the point -- the service starts the daemon.
If the daemon has been started by the dhcpcd service, and then later NetworkManager or Netctl try to spin up their own copy, bad things can and do happen.
