network driver problem

cant get network up on dell inspiron

Suspicion
    It may be kernel problem, since my ubuntu system and the
archiso both use 5.3 and can connect
    The arch system runs 5.4, but since its a fresh install there is no kernel to
downgrade to, and within the archiso the pacman repo only contains 5.4
