Yes tango does that, I think it's because it uses a scalable image as link icon.

I guess it's just because gnome 2.14 doesn't use the icon naming specifications yet. 2.16 will use it and there it should show up fine.

Solved? I'm using gnome 2.18 and can report that this issue still exists. I found some bug reports, but somehow the developers are not so sure where this problem comes from.
Does anybody know a workaround to fix it?

Gnome 2.20 moved to extra yesterday, and this bug seems to be fixed. But I can't approve it properly since I updated the outdated tango-icon-theme myself.
This problem seems to have solved itself. ![]()
