On a fresh installation with Gnome 3.34.0 I can not make Epiphany to print anything. Printers are setup correctly and work from other applications. I have attached 3 screenshots:
When I press Ctrl-p or select printing from the menu, the Gnome print dialog comes up as expected.

When I select a printer (in my case "netbrother" or PDF) and click Print, the print dialog disappears and the error message "Printer not found" is shown.

When I select "Print to File" and click Print, the print dialog disappears and the error "No such file or directory" is shown.

Can anyone confirm this issue or has an idea what may be wrong?
I have already created an issue on Gnome's gitlab here.

This thread is getting old, but there are several issues and hopefully this save other ones a little time during research:

When Epiphany is using Bubblewrap Sandboxing (since 3.34), printing at all doesn't work and silently fails. Including Print2PDF.

It is likely a webkit bug.
If I start Epiphany like this:
WEBKIT_FORCE_SANDBOX=0 epiphany
printing is working.
Look here for example:

There should come a fix:
