Sopel doesn't launch...

Hey guys so I have

sudo systemctl enable sopel.service

and when i do

sudo systemctl list-units

I can see that it just hangs on 'activating' and 'auto-restart'. Does anybody know why this is?

Actually I just realised in the logs it says this, https://bpaste.net/raw/ATWA. Does anybody know what this means?

Oh I typed it in the terminal and it says no such user...

How should I create this user account?
