USB 3.1 Gen 2 detect as USB3.0

I'm using Archlinux on my laptop (Lenovo T480s) for 1 years. It works very well.
Recently I bought an external NVME enclosure, which support USB 3.1 Gen 2(10Gbps). But I found that my Thunderbolt 3 port (compatible with USB 3.1 Gen 2) detected as USB3.0 (5000M).

$uname -a
Linux Laptop 5.3.5-arch1-1-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Oct 7 19:03:08 UTC 2019 x86_64 GNU/Linux

USB info:

$lsusb -t
/: Bus 04.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci_hcd/2p, 5000M
/: Bus 03.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci_hcd/2p, 480M
/: Bus 02.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci_hcd/6p, 5000M
    |__ Port 3: Dev 2, If 0, Class=Mass Storage, Driver=usb-storage, 5000M
/: Bus 01.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci_hcd/12p, 480M
    |__ Port 8: Dev 3, If 0, Class=Video, Driver=uvcvideo, 480M
    |__ Port 8: Dev 3, If 1, Class=Video, Driver=uvcvideo, 480M

Bus 04.Port 1 is the USB 3.0 root_hub, which the Thunderbolt 3 port connected.

I tested it on a Arch LiveCD(Kernel 4.19)
And the port detected correctly like this:

Bus 04.Port 1: Dev 1, Class=root_hub, Driver=xhci_hcd/2p, 10000M

Does anyone have the same bug?

Re: USB 3.1 Gen 2 detect as USB3.0

I have similar issue. I am running manjaro with grub and it recognize the usb ports one version down each. I had the same issue with ubuntu 18.04 lts, ubuntu 10.09 and elementary OS 5.1.
Also i have looking for the answer but without a solution. I am going nuts, i have a dell docking station that has a usb type-C output to the computer and my notebook has only usb 3.1 and usb 3.0, and i am trying to connect it but it seems that i don't have bandwidth enough....
This is so stange, i don't know why it can't be solve easly or why it appear that there isn't enough people having the same issue..
My usb ports are all 3.0 except one that is 3.1. and the system recognize them as 3.0 -> 2.0 and 3.1 -> 3.0..
