Hi,
Probably just an annoyance:
I had two kernel warnings in my journal:
/etc/udev/rules.d/S99-2000S1.rules:26: GOTO="libsane_rules_end" has no matching label, ignoring
/etc/udev/rules.d/S99-2000S1.rules:26: GOTO="40-libsane.rules" has no matching label, ignoring
It seems that the line:
ACTION!="add", GOTO="libsane_rules_end"
should be:
ACTION!="add", GOTO="libsane_usb_rules_end"
Naturally, changing the line eliminates the problem.
I am guessing it may revert on update.

S99-2000S1.rules
What is this rule for and what does it actually do?

It's a udev rule created by sane (scanner backend).
# This file was automatically created based on description files (*.desc)
# by sane-desc 3.5 from sane-backends 1.0.22 on Thu May 16 18:59:16 2013

# udev rules file for supported USB and SCSI devices

The changes I made persisted after a sane upgrade today.
