Xorg is using AMD GPU instead of Intel iGPU for Xorg

So, this is proving to be a big battery hog for me. I just found out that Xorg is using AMD HAINAN GPU for hardware acceleration. Is there anyway to switch it to the intel one?

Here is the output of Xorg log.
