Decouple microphones for loopback

Hi everyone,

after about two weeks of various trial and error, I think I am going to need a little bit of guidance to try and solve that one.

First of, the final goal: I want to be able to setup my linux desktop as a main station for games. It already works perfectly for steam and others, but now I would like to try and take it to the next level by allowing it to also work nicely with my Nintendo switch (sort of).
In order to achieve that, I am using an hdmi-switch in order to toggle the input of my screen between my linux machine and the nintendo dock. No problem there.

Next I would like to be able to use my bluetooth headphones on both devices at once. I managed to achieve that by plugging the jack output of the nintendo dock to the micrphone input of my computer, and redirecting this into a loopback with

 pactl load-module module-loopback latency_msec=1

.

The last bit I am stuck on has to do with using other communication software like teamspeak, mumble or discord.

I would like to be able to keep my current setup, but also plugging my main microphone onto a another input jack and have that one not loopback, but instead be used as an input for teamspeak or other.
Unfortunately with my current setup, both jacks are considered to be a single input (named 'Built-in Audio Analog Stereo' in pavucontrol). Is it possible to split them and create two different Input Device out of them?

Both of those jack inputs are directly connected to my motherboard (one frontal one, and one in the back).

I have seen various resources explaining how to record the microphone, or how to create a separate audio track for recording, but it never quite seem to match what I am looking for.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Decouple microphones for loopback

Depends on whether you can use them separately in the first place. What's your output for

arecord -l
amixer -c0
