Hello folks.
My setup:
Dell xps 15 (4k display) connected to an external display (4k as well)
up to date arch linux, using plasma desktop
When I hit the F11 button to make the browser full screen, the window only covers the top-left quarter of the screen.
This only applies to chromium (firefox works) and when I use the external monitor (works if I'm in the laptop monitor).
Any ideas if this is a known thing and how I can fix it?

Hello
I have the same problem. Has anyone found the solution?

I didn't. I am pretty sure this is a chromium bug, we should ask google.

I solved it by reducing the scaling to 100 but the top browser bar is now small

The fun fact is that is doesnt do that in my laptop screen, only in the external monitor.
And both screens have the same resolution and scale

I have an incredible workaround to share.
If you hit F11 (go to full screen) when chrome is not maximized it actually works just fine
