Hi, I'm having some problem with my system partition.
System is installed on sdb1 & i have a game on sda1.
When i play game for like 30+ min, system partition is becoming Read only automatically.

What is in dmesg when the filesystem becomes read only?

It often happens when there is a problem with the filesystem (ie due to bad hardware). Check dmesg output as suggested above.
