JPG and PNG issue

Hello
Since I upgrade my archlinux the jpeg and png works not any longer.
I have no idee why. "libjpeg" is installed.

I start gqview and gimp in debug/verbose mode. Pls have a look at it.

Gqview:
gqview just show the broken file symbol
png's and jpeg's don't work
The debug mode shows that it lode neither jpeg lib nor png lib. But why not?

gimp is able to open png's but print in the verbose mode lines like:
