Blender 2.81: Problem during add-on installation

Hello!
I had a problem during installation the FaceBuilder add-on. The KeenTools Core Library can't be installed cause Python problem, as you see on the screenshot.
I'm using the fresh Blender from the Arch linux repository. What could have gone wrong? Please, help me to install it right.
