Intel iGPU No external Monitor

Hello,

I have an HP Elitebook 1030 G3 and I'm trying to get external monitors to work with it.

With xf86-video-intel installed I was able to get the internal HDMI port to work, but KDE was having major graphical glitches.
Thus I now removed it and went the modesetting route but now even the internal HDMI port isn't outputting any video anymore.

I also have a USB C Dock with an HDMI and VGA Port. That one had the HDMI port working sometimes and the VGA port never but I would really like to get all of them working.

I tried installing the displaylink driver for the dock but I think the dock isn't actually using DisplayLink technology (though I'm not sure and I wasn't able to find out).

These leaves me at the current situation:
No external output is working and only with xf86-video-intel the internal HDMI port is working (dock hdmi unreliably)

Here some output that might be helpful:

I am grateful for any tips as I have been searching for a solution for some time now and neither the Wiki nor any other forum entries so far have worked.
