Has the Grub patch for Luks2 been implemented yet?
I saw that upstream Grub now supports a Luks v2 encrypted /boot. Anyone know what version it's in and whether we've got it yet?

They haven't made a release since the code was introduced so no, we don't have it yet.
The AUR has grub-git if you really can't wait.

I wouldn't hold your breath - grub is renowned for taking years between releases.

grub 2.00 was released on 2012-06-28 by Vladimir Serbinenko
grub 2.02 was released on 2017-04-25 by Vladimir Serbinenko
grub 2.04 was released on 2019-07-04 by Daniel Kiper
so that's about 27 months for the last release. Daniel Kiper became a committer around 2016 it seems, and hopefully as the release manager for the last cycle and the person merging most patches these days, we'll see faster turnaround.
