[SOLVED]Shaded out turn on wifi hotspot

Hi guys

I cannot seem to get Wifi-Hotspot to work. I'm using networkmanager. In the menu the turn on wi-fi hotspot is shaded out and when I try to click on it it a message shows up that "system policy prohibits use as a Hotspot". How can I fix this? Thank you in advance
