[SOLVED] hwclock broken after 2020-02-11 updates

Can someone confirm that today's (2020-02-11) updates have broken hwclock or is it just me?

$ sudo hwclock --hctosys --utc --noadjfile --verbose
hwclock from util-linux 2.35.1
System Time: 1581475685.065734
Trying to open: /dev/rtc0
Using the rtc interface to the clock.
Assuming hardware clock is kept in UTC time.
Waiting for clock tick...
...got clock tick
Time read from Hardware Clock: 2020/02/12 02:48:05
Hw clock time : 2020/02/12 02:48:05 = 1581475685 seconds since 1969
Time since last adjustment is 1581475685 seconds
Calculated Hardware Clock drift is 0.000000 seconds
Calling settimeofday(1581475685.000000, 420)
hwclock: settimeofday() failed: Invalid argument

The following updates were installed on my system:
lib32-glibc-2.31-1 glibc-2.31-1 amd-ucode-20200204.b791e15-1 binutils-2.34-1 gcc-9.2.1+20200130-2 gcc-libs-9.2.1+20200130-2 glib2-2.62.4-2 lib32-gcc-libs-9.2.1+20200130-2 lib32-glib2-2.62.4-2 libgpg-error-1.37-1 libtool-2.4.6+42+gb88cebd5-10 linux-api-headers-5.4.17-1 linux-firmware-20200204.b791e15-1 man-pages-5.05-1 nano-4.8-1

Thanks!

glibc significantly changed the way the settimeofday and gettimeofday functions work: https://www.mail-archive.com/info-gnu@g … 02694.html

Shouldn't it be "systohc" not "hctosys "?I've just installed arch on new SSD and I had no problems.

Thanks for the replies. The glibc-2.31 changes highlighted that I was not setting the clock correctly.
