[solved] Docker installation fails because of signature

Hi,

after successful base installation of arch I want to install docker, but:

sudo pacman --needed -S docker container-diff docker-compose

results in:

ERROR: containerd: signature from "Santiago Torres-Arias <santiago@archlinux.org>" is unknown trust

sudo pacman Scc, ... changes nothing.

some idea??

This shouldn't happen on a fresh install. How did you install the system?

I am getting the same issue with the same key on an existing install. Fixed it with:

# pacman-key --refresh-keys

That just means that you haven't updated your system in 2+ months.

Thanks to all,

I use always this in my installation sequence:

pacman-key --init
pacman-key --populate archlinux
pacman -Sy
pacstrap /mnt base base-devel lvm2 linux linux-firmware wpa_supplicant networkmanager openssh grub-efi-x86_64 efibootmgr dialog

Seems not enough.

Why are you doing anything with pacman-key in the installation environment? How old is the installation ISO you are booting from?
