Compiz don't open new windows/applications in foreground

Hi!

I tweaked my Compiz in CCSM.

After that, all new open windows/applications startet in background.

Activated compiz plugins:

Composite
Copy to texture
General Options
Mate Compatibility
Opacity, Brightness and Saturation
Simple Animations
Window Decoration
Wobbly Windows
JPEG
PNG
SVG
Text
Compiz Library Toolbox
Crash handler
Regex Matching
Session Management
Workarounds
Move Window
Place Windows
Resize Window

Maybee I disabled a needed plugin/option to open all new started windows/applications in foreground.
