I Have two monitors connected to my desktop pc. Recently in some screen sharing programs such as discord or skype etc ... I can not share just one monitor anymore. these apps detecting my two screens as one widescreen. any idea how can I fix this problem?

Afaik "Screen 0" means that both your monitors connected to same GPU
I think it's electron fault, that's why discord and skype can't find correct monitors

is web.skype.com an electron project? if it is you are probably right.

Xakep_SDK was right. this is a chromium bug. I found a workaround for now and shared it for others facing a similar issue:
