System76 Oryx Pro (oryx5): Fan Speed - Suspend fix it temporarily

Hi,

I manage to install arch linux for the first time on that laptop and setup optimus-manager correctly I think. The problem is related to the fan speed, always running at high speed, even when Nvidia is disable. I'll put the list of packages I installed related to that error:

Packages: linux-lts linux-lts-headers linux-firmware nvidia-lts nvidia-utils nvidia-settings intel-ucode vulkan-intel xf86-video-intel mesa tlp
Aur Packages: system76-acpi-dkms system76-dkms system76-driver system76-firmware-daemon system76-io-dkms system76-power optimus-manager optimus-manager-qt  gdm-prime

Notes:
- RPM for the CPU fan are around 6000
- I tried setting up manually with pwmconfig but the fan turn off when I do that and they aren't detected (doing the test in nvidia mode). I supposed it's because the fan are hardcoded into the chipset? Something like that? I read that while trying to find a solution.
- I add module in /etc/mkinitcpio.conf and regenerated the linus-lts: MODULES=(i915 nvidia nvidia_modeset nvidia_uvm nvidia_drm system76)
- I disable system76-power as it was interfering with tlp I think. I had some process hanging on on shutdown
- no error in systemctl
- dmesg: https://pastebin.com/k86td9R5
- journalctl: https://pastebin.com/UYTsdH3j

Let me know if I can add any more logs to help out.
Anyone manage to make the oryx5 correctly? Did you experience the same problem?

I brand new to Arch Linux but love it so far. Learning so much tongue
I'm also open to any advice or pointer of things I did wrong when installing it.

Barca

Edit1: Suspending the laptop fix the fan speed problem. It change the CPU fan and reactivate the GPU fan, both around 2k RPM instead of only the CPU at 6k RPM. The step has to be redone after each high load process.
