usb problem

I use dd to make a bootable os on my usb(flash was 8G) in arch but the boot faild and now I have a usb-flash which have only 2G, I used gparded and kde-partition-manager to fix that but I couldn't

OK, now I used
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sdc
to zeroing the driver but it came only to 5.8G and not more

Print output of 'lsblk /dev/sdc' or 'lsblk -f /dev/sdc'.
