KDE Plasma: Google Chrome locks up on Second Screen

Overview:
Screens;
Main: 1920x1080 Philips Display
Secondary: Dell 1920x1200

Distro Info:
Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.67.0
Qt Version: 5.14.1
Kernel Version: 5.5.4-arch1-1
OS Type: 64-bit
Processors: 8 × AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with Radeon Vega Graphics
Memory: 15.6 GiB of RAM

Issue:
When watching Youtube or any video on my Secondary screen the entire browser locks up and you can't select any other browser tabs unless you double click the window bar to resize it. This makes the window recover and becomes useable again

Here is a link to the issue happening: https://gph.is/g/EqG9g87.

I'm not sure if my screen tearing fix command is playing a factor in this:

nvidia-settings --assign CurrentMetaMode="DPY-0: nvidia-auto-select +1920+0 {ForceCompositionPipeline=On}, DPY-1: nvidia-auto-select +0+60 {ForceCompositionPipeline=On}"

Any advice would be great!
