Refresh one repository

Is there a way to refresh just one repository?  For example, I have [current], [extra], [community], and a [custom] repo, and if I update my [custom], it seems wasteful to have to wait for the others to download or timeout if I'm not on the network.  Or if a package comes into [community] that I want, then it's a lot quicker just to refresh that one, rather than the whole lot.

Cheers

Re: Refresh one repository

Keep in mind, though, that an updated package in, say, community could depend on the latest version of a package in current or extra, so you could end up with broken stuff if you don't update them all.

Also, to get dtw's suggestion working for your custom repo, the details would need to be in /etc/pacman.d/custom, not directly in /etc/pacman.conf.
