Headphones constantly drop bluetooth connection on Thinkpad X1 Extreme
Hi all, I've come to your rescue after long time because I got a weird problem that I can't figure out and I haven't found anything relevant on the internet so far.
Basically the Sony WH-1000XM3 that I have constantly drop bluetooth connection after being connected for a few minutes on this particular machine. The headphones work completely fine on other computers I've used in the past. The following are exhaustive details and hoping someone knows anything about this.
Initial login and turning on bluetooth headset. Automatically connects and works.

It goes like that for a little bit and sometimes after a while it disconnects the bluetooth device, but most frequently I just
press the play button on the headphones and that somehow makes it trigger the disconnect from the system faster.

You may notice that there's a ldac message in the logs and the bluetoothd systemd service has a -E, this is because I'm using pulseaudio-modules-bt-git (https://github.com/EHfive/pulseaudio-modules-bt) for the ldac codec support, but I guarantee the same thing happens all the time with the normal modules, as it was
happening even before I installed those.

The headphones work totally fine and stable on another thinkpad laptop I have. Only got this problem in the laptop so I'm assuming that it's
a problem on the drivers or the bluetooth/wifi card that has the problem.
Another bit of information that I'm not sure could be relevant, there are a few more people in the same office as I that also have the same headphones
and another person with exact same laptop and model by my side, although he doesn't have any bluetooth tech connected to the laptop.

TLP is installed and configured. The logs about it are above at the end. Laptop is AC connected when it happens and bluetooth is blacklisted there.

Some more information, it also happens with the other bluetooth headphones (Sony WF-1000XM3) on this machine. Although these are much quicker to disconnect. The kernel logs keep spamming some messages for a while. Here's a cycle of connecting, the connection being dropped and the reconnect the headphones. But with these ones the connection after reconnecting appear somewhat stable:
