[SOLVED]sublime text and vs code become strange after upgrade

After pacman -Syu , sublime text and vs code cannot display text correctly.

Numbers and some symbols are displayed as image.
Sublime shows only part of character.
However when I run sublime as root (sudo subl), it works. so I guess there's some user config not correct, I tried remove ~/.config/sublime-text-3 and run sublime, but it doesn't work. Maybe it's kde's fault?

OS: Arch Linux x86_64
Kernel: 5.5.5-arch1-1
DE: Plasma
WM: KWin

That is caused by an update of noto-fonts-emoji. You can try to remove /etc/fonts/conf.d/66-noto-color-emoji.conf for now.
