Bluetooth devices don't work on SDDM login screen

My bluetooth mouse doesn't work when i get to the SDDM login screen, but everything is fine when i log in plasma, any idea?

Bluetooth is not enabled on bootup per default, but is enabled by a manager in a GUI/DM (Plasma in your case) after log in.
