Whenever I try to reorder or move bookmarks into folders using drag and drop Chromium's bookmark manager, nothing happens. More specifically, the graphical effects still work, but the actual move isn't performed after the button is released -- instead, the graphical effect stays in place until the tab is refreshed. Using Ctrl-X and Ctrl-V still works.
No errors are displayed in the terminal when I open Chromium and try to drag and drop, except for these errors that appear on startup:
[24225:24225:0309/024625.824818:ERROR:vaapi_wrapper.cc(422)] vaInitialize failed (ignore if using Wayland desktop environment, refer:(Github)akarshanbiswas/chromium-vaapi/issues/7): unknown libva error

I'm using ungoogled-chromium 80.0.3987.106-1. But this has been going on for several versions starting one or two months ago -- I don't remember exactly when it started, but I assumed it was a temporary issue at the time. But nothing's happened, and I can't find anyone with a similar issue, so thought I'd finally ask here.
