Can't Connect to Wireless WiFi During Installation

I am trying to install Arch Linux. When I type wifi-menu and try to connect to my wifi, I get this error:

Job for netctl@TC8715D0D.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status netctl@TC8715D0D.service" and journalctl -xe" for details.

I type "ip a" and it shows that I am not connected. What am I supposed to do? I am trying to install packages but get 100 errors because of this. I need this quick because I only have 1 laptop and have work to do on it.
