No sound - fresh install

Hey guys, I finally made the switch to arch and am super happy about it. Sadly sound is not working. speaker-test -c 2 is just silence.

I have ALSA installed together with pulseaudio. pavucontrol only shows "Dummy Output" as output device.

I worked through the wiki article for fixing sound issued, especially this one.

head -n 1 /proc/asound/card0/codec*

returns "Codec: Intel Kabylake HDMI", which suprises me a bit, as under windows ALC892 is used.

I already tried playing around with the model parameter for the snd-hda-intel kernel module to no avail.

What's really confusing to me is that aplay -l only lists HDMI sound ouptuts, but no analog ones.

Any help is highly appreciated

Try the dmic detect fix, add

snd_hda_intel.dmic_detect=0

to your kernel parameters. Bit weird that the dmesg part doesn't list anything, maybe explicitly post that as well.

Tried adding snd_hda_intel.dmic_detect=0 which then gave me an info in dmesg that this option is deprecated and snd-intel-dspcfg.dsp_driver=1 should be used instead. Did so, but still no sound

The line "ACPI: Added _OSI(Linux-Lenovo-NV-HDMI-Audio)" confuses me a bit, as I'm not using lenovo hardware. At least not that I would know. The Notebook is a "Schenker Dock 15" which is basically a Clevo N350TW with an Intel i9-9900T and no dedicated graphics card.

Small update: I tested around a bit as 'aplay -l' only shows HDMI outputs. When I connect a screen via HDMI that has sound output, that works fine.
The only thing that does not work is the whole analog part, meaning Speakers and all Audio Jacks, which makes sense, as aplay does not list any analog outputs. Also the SPDIF Output on the notebook is not glowing red but is dark.

Sadly no change. Tried re-adding the snd-intel-dspcfg.dsp_driver=1 to the kernel options, but also no change
In case anything changed, here is a current alsa-info.sh export.
