Hi,
I am relatively new to Linux and Arch Linux in particular but I managed to successfully install Arch Linux a couple of times. My current install is Arch Linux as guest in Parallels running the LTS kernel, with Cinnamon as the desktop and Xorg as the window server.
Yesterday I installed LibreOffice and since then I have the problem that even outside of the LibreOffice my mouse pointer is always overlayed with the text marker tool from LibreOffice even after closing LibreOffice. This causes some graphical problems and in general is very annoying. All packages continue to work and the system does not experience any problems so I do not know if this pointer problem creates any other problems in my system.
Does someone know about this issue and know how to avoid this or help with this? Right now only a restart works for me but after I open LibreOffice the problem starts again.

Edit: This issue really only appears when editing tables. After editing text in tables the text pointer cursor does not disappear anymore.
