[Solved] KDE Plasma's notification sound doesn't work

I tried GStreamer and VLC as Phonon backends, but the notifications have no sound.

Details: Open Plasma's system settings, go to [Notifications], choose a notification for a program, and turn on [Play Sound], select an ogg file, and finally click the play button next to it, but no sound comes out.

I tried Manjaro and it works fine.

I want to know what am I missing?

A fix a while back was to try installing kmix and then enabling the correct sliders.

What did you end up doing to solve it? https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Co … way_street

I installed it once using a virtual machine and found that it can be played directly using the VLC backend. To use GStreamer, I need to install gst-plugins-good, provided that the slider for notification volume cannot be changed. If it has been changed, make sure that the mute button in front is not gray.

I didn't read the code of conduct carefully, sorry.
