Left Ctrl-Shift-Z does not work on external keyboard

I faced with this strange behaviour. If I connect an external USB keyboard to my laptop the mentioned keys combination doesn't work. Other letters work fine with the left Ctrl-Shift. Right Ctrl-Shift-Z also works. Left Ctrl-Shift-Z works if I press them on the laptop's keyboard. The evtest doesn't report about pressing Z, about left Ctrl and left Shift only.
