ALSA-Bug ( [alsa-sink-USB Audio] alsa-sink.c ) crashing sound

Hi folks,

after updating my system I'm experiencing some strange problems with my usb sound card (Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6).
When I start a movie in vlc, sound works for a few seconds (<10) then breaks completely.

Syslog gives me:

pulseaudio[572]: E: [alsa-sink-USB Audio] alsa-sink.c: ALSA woke us up to write new data to the device, but there was actually nothing to write.
Dez 11 14:52:34 pulseaudio[572]: E: [alsa-sink-USB Audio] alsa-sink.c: Most likely this is a bug in the ALSA driver 'snd_usb_audio'. Please report this issue to the ALSA developers.
Dez 11 14:52:34 pulseaudio[572]: E: [alsa-sink-USB Audio] alsa-sink.c: We were woken up with POLLOUT set -- however a subsequent snd_pcm_avail() returned 0 or another value < min_avail.

Kernel 4.2.5-1-ARCH

I already mailed to the alsa devs, waiting for a solution / fix for this problem.

Has anyone found a solution for this problem ?

Kind regards,
Martin

Same problem here but in my case the failing device is a Jabra USB headphones:

jholgado@workterminal ~ % aplay -l
**** List of PLAYBACK Hardware Devices ****
card 0: MID [HDA Intel MID], device 0: 92HD81B1C5 Analog [92HD81B1C5 Analog]

card 0: MID [HDA Intel MID], device 1: 92HD81B1C5 Digital [92HD81B1C5 Digital]

  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

card 2: J550a [Jabra UC VOICE 550a], device 0: USB Audio [USB Audio]
  Subdevices: 1/1
  Subdevice #0: subdevice #0

Kernel:

Linux workterminal 5.5.9-arch1-2 #1 SMP PREEMPT Thu, 12 Mar 2020 23:01:33 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Error is exactly the same:

E: [alsa-sink-USB Audio] alsa-sink.c: ALSA woke us up to write new data to the device, but there was actually nothing to write.
E: [alsa-sink-USB Audio] alsa-sink.c: Most likely this is a bug in the ALSA driver 'snd_usb_audio'. Please report this issue to the ALSA developers.
E: [alsa-sink-USB Audio] alsa-sink.c: We were woken up with POLLOUT set -- however a subsequent snd_pcm_avail() returned 0 or another value < min_avail.

Did you find some information about this error/bug?
