Grub has stuck in minimal bash ...

Hi guys
I try to install arch inside of windows 7 ( also try install it alone but the problem still there)
And im doing all part of installition guide but when install is complete and reboot pc the grub doesnt work and just show Minimal Bash-like line editing ....
And stuck there
I have search everywhere for this problem but none of them help me for fix it
I try to reinstall with many installition guides in net but still dont fix

Notice :
I use a dell laptop and BIOS boot system
I have mount a primary bootable ext4 drive for /mnt
And a extended drive with 2gb for swap

So when I first installed Arch I think what you are describing happened to me.  What had happened was I did not run grub-mkconfig.  Did you run grub-mkconfig  to generate the grub config file ?
