After updating my computer with
sudo pacman -Syu
My general setting's font Inconsolata have crashed. Now, every character have long spaces between them. How could I load a new font?
I seem unable to set any font with
setfont
And,
setfont -h
says that
/usr/share/kbd/*/
is my current directory. So, I have called, for example, cybercafe.fnt.gz, as
setfont cybercafe
I get: "Couldn't get a file descriptor referring to the console"
(The trouble is only persistent within my own system, dmenu, zsh terminal etc)

"setfont" is for the console, not the graphical environment.

Thank you. It worked, as described in the topic/post you linked.
I would like to say that I did research with keywords like: font troubleshoot, font error, font broke, font problem;
None of them lead me to this last post.
