system dynamics software

As part of a course I am taking in systems dynamics, I have to run some simulations, the software for which does not support linux.  I'm hoping someone has experience in this a knows of open source alternatives to: Stella/ISEE player and VenSim PLE.

Thanks.

Re: system dynamics software

I took a similar course two years ago. We used a software called "Berkeley Madonna" in our studies. It was a Java app but I was unable to run it natively or via wine under Arch Linux. Even if I don't need this kind of program anymore I'm curious if there was an alternative to Madonna...

Haven't been here in a while. Still rocking Arch. smile
