Is there a way to reset kscreen configuration file?
I got messed up in setting the resolution from kscreen that makes my monitor out of range. I somehow gain back the resolution by uninstalling the kscreen package.
I want to use it again to manage my multi monitor setup, so i Install it again.
But everytime I open the display screen manager (kscreen) it just reload the mis-configured resolution.
Is there any way to get rid of the kscreen existing configuration file?
Thanks..

I found the config file from the wiki https://community.kde.org/Solid/Project … Management
Configuration file for the screen resolution located at ~/.local/share/kscreen/*

When uninstalling you could also use pacman option -n, --nosave (pacman -Rn kscreen), which also should remove config files.

No that won't work for runtime generated files in the home dir. Pacman doesn't touch those, that option is about package provided config files in /etc and the like.

And even then it's only specific files (i.e. those listed under "Backup Files" when you run 'pacman -Qii <package>').
