Enhanced Xfwm compositor!

As you can see, every window is made translucent (using popup's opacity config), and inactive window gets less opacity (80%). The patch also excludes shaded windows from Alt-Tab list.

The patch has existed for many monthes, I just never had released it publicly. Some previous parts have been integrated into xfwm 4.4 and now the two features are the only ones which aren't accepted.

Known problems in xfwm4 compositor:
[list][*]X usage may become 80%+ after several days. When it happens, just kill `pidof xfwm4` and re-run xfwm4 --compositor=on --daemon
